Our personnel are second to none.   We feel that they are the smartest, most creative and well trained staff of anyone in the industry.  Most of our engineering and design team staff  have years of telecommunication, tower and manufacturing experience either with AllTech or prior to joining our team.

Our knowledgeable design and engineering team members are a multi-skilled group ranging from experienced engineers with extensive design team experience to top graduate engineers lending us the personnel who understand the subtleties of your application combined with the know-how to design up-to-date systems.

All new product designs go through rigorous planning, design, testing and re-design to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.  As a result of simulated and actual testing, if an area of possible improvement is discovered, and the product is redesigned and improved.
